Piano Tuning

Standard tuning for all pianos is from $220 If your piano has not been tuned for more than 3 years, additional tuning maybe required called pitch raise. For Pitch Raise is from $270.

Adjusting the piano to standard concert pitch (440Hz) to maintain consistent tuning across all registers. A final play-through will be done at the end of the session to ensure everything sounds just right.

Key leveling – Ensuring all keys are the same height.

Key dip adjustment – Controlling how far down each key travels.

Hammer alignment – Aligning hammers to strike strings accurately.

Let-off adjustment – Setting how close the hammer gets to the string before releasing.

Drop regulation – Adjusting how far the hammer falls back after let-off.

Backcheck distance – Ensuring the hammer is caught properly after a note is played.

Repetition lever adjustment – Particularly important for grand pianos; affects fast note repetition.

Damper timing and lift – Coordinating damper movement with key and pedal action.

Pedal regulation – Adjusting the soft, sostenuto, and damper pedals for proper function.

Touchweight balancing – Fine-tuning the amount of force needed to play each key (optional but more advanced).

Automatic Player System Installation

Regulation

Full regulation package: $450. It is typically a 6–8 hour job, but since both I, Rove, and Kade, both piano tuner/technician, will be working together, the process will be faster and can be completed in 2–3 hours.
